Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements
- Create process flows, data models, and user stories for development teams
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Develop detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops for requirement validation
- Track KPIs and deliver ROI analysis for implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
