Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, functional technical specifications for the development and engineering teams.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment across all organizational levels.
- Monitor project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Create and maintain user stories, wireframes, and process flows using industry-standard tools like JIRA, Visio, or Confluence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
