Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication across all levels.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, MRDs, and UI mockups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
