Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable plans
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Perform data validation and quality assurance for all deliverables
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
