Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Visio and JIRA
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements aligned with strategic goals
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure project success and business impact
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirements documentation
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in regulated industries
