Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and translate technical solutions into business language
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and objectives
- Perform market research and competitive analysis for weekend projects
- Create process flow diagrams and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or finance industry a plus
