Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, flowcharts, and user stories
- Collaborate with IT and departmental leads to implement data-driven solutions
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to measure solution effectiveness
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication abilities with proven stakeholder management experience
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated experience documenting requirements for fintech payment systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with competing priorities
