Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Document requirements and translate technical specifications for stakeholders
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops with clients to define project scope and deliverables
- Validate data integrity and recommend process enhancements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Track KPIs and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
