Responsibilities
- Perform thorough analysis of business requirements, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
