Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into technical specifications
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Document business rules and system configurations
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PBA preferred)
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or financial systems a plus
