Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications using UML diagrams and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify pain points and define KPIs for process optimization
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Tableau to generate actionable insights for executive leadership
- Lead end-to-end SDLC implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira integration
- Document business processes and create detailed requirement specifications with Visio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with financial services or healthcare industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA)
