Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business needs
- Develop process flows, data models, and user stories for agile development teams
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user manuals, and training materials
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with agile development frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Financial services industry knowledge preferred
