Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows for weekend client projects
- Create data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend sprint planning sessions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
- Support UAT testing cycles for weekend system deployments
- Document lessons learned and share insights with weekday teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or flexible hours
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Milwaukee-area business landscape preferred
- BS/BA in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
