Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create detailed documentation
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and Tableau
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and align technical teams
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN) and requirement gathering
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
