Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document specifications
- Develop data models, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and translate business needs into user stories
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements elicitation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
