Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous feedback loops
- Develop KPI dashboards to monitor business performance
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience mapping As-Is and To-Be business processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA deliverables
