Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis processes including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder workshops
- Develop comprehensive data analysis frameworks to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and technical teams
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure project success
- Maintain and improve business analysis methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive business analyst experience in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA designation
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools
- Demonstrated success in financial services or SaaS industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
