Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements using Agile methodologies
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and system specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Monitor KPIs and report on solution effectiveness through dashboards
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless solution deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across all levels
- Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
