Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and documentation for weekend operational workflows
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Design and implement data validation frameworks to ensure weekend reporting accuracy
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend hours to align on project deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for weekend operational efficiency
- Perform gap analysis between current weekend processes and industry best practices
- Create user acceptance test cases and validate system changes during weekend deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting business processes using UML/BPMN
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with agile methodologies and weekend sprint planning
