Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
- Maintain accurate documentation of business rules and system configurations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
