Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis processes including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation
- Design and implement process improvements using BPMN and UML modeling
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business language
- Develop detailed functional specifications and test cases for new features
- Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to track project performance
- Maintain and improve business analysis documentation repository
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframes)
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in energy or logistics industries highly desirable
