Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables for technology solutions
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Lead data analysis initiatives using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and create process documentation to ensure alignment across departments
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements documentation
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction and analysis
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA/Confluence
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms
