Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and define project scope
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate deliverables
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance and ROI
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with focus on data transformation
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with financial systems and process optimization
