Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze data trends using SQL and visualization tools to identify operational inefficiencies
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation for system implementations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Create and maintain business cases with cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in energy or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, use case development, and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC frameworks
