Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions across departments
- Create and maintain process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
- Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solution implementations against business needs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM or PBA preferred)
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering successful business process improvement projects
