Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-impact projects using Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and implement performance tracking systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in business intelligence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience in tech or finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects across multiple departments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS)
- Strong quantitative background with statistical analysis capabilities
- BS/BA in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
