Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and workflow diagrams
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies using SQL and BI tools
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business and technical priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS/e-commerce focus
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) and JIRA proficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with requirement elicitation techniques and UML diagrams
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization projects
