Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user stories
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track project success
- Translate technical solutions into business value propositions
- Maintain and analyze data models to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus
