- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify actionable insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document processes using BPMN and UML
- Lead agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs in JIRA
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI modeling for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
