Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards using Power BI and Tableau

- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries

- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification required
