Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance and inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future state requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced tech or finance environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of requirements gathering and documentation using UML/SME
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
