Responsibilities
- Analyze financial datasets using SQL and Power BI to identify market trends and investment opportunities
- Document business requirements and create process flow diagrams for fintech product development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on strategic objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards to track portfolio performance and risk metrics
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech as a Business Analyst
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end requirement gathering processes
- Knowledge of financial regulations (SEC, FINRA) and compliance frameworks
