Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical solutions for development teams
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Validate solution effectiveness through testing and stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) highly desirable
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industry a plus
