Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with C-suite stakeholders across diverse departments
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies for enterprise system integrations
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to drive data-informed decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with development and QA teams
- Document and maintain business requirements in JIRA and Confluence platforms
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare or financial services industry regulations (HIPAA, SOX)
