Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product KPIs and success metrics
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to validate requirements and resolve conflicts
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into business insights
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or CBAP a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
