Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder interviews
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, process flows, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders around product vision and roadmaps
- Monitor solution performance through KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in requirements methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
