Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in requirement gathering and documentation
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
