Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams using Visio/BPMN
- Develop and maintain project dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct data quality assessments and recommend process improvements
- Support UAT cycles and document test cases
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (2023 graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of internship or project experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
