Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Support UAT and implementation phases with business stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Demonstrable problem-solving with data-driven solutions
