Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points
- Create process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state systems
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Validate solutions through UAT and data validation protocols
- Generate executive dashboards and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio/Lucid)
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrable experience with data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
