Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops and create process maps, flowcharts, and documentation
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and track sprint progress
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business outcomes
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with proven track record of driving business improvements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
