Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Design and implement data models using SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Facilitate workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows and user stories
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of delivering complex data-driven projects
