Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Elicit and document detailed requirements using user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business and technical teams
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and ROI
- Create comprehensive documentation including business cases and process maps
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems implementation
