Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops across finance, operations, and technology teams
- Design and optimize data-driven workflows using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation
- Analyze KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities

- Mentor junior analysts on business modeling techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or consulting
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven success in stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
