Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops across C-suite and operational teams to identify pain points and opportunities
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Validate solutions through UAT and A/B testing, ensuring measurable ROI
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with 2+ years in financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions from discovery to implementation
- Certifications in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile project management workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
