Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Jira, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
