Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable requirements using BPMN, UML, and user story frameworks
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to map processes and identify pain points
- Develop data models and SQL queries to analyze performance metrics and KPIs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and process documentation using Jira and Confluence
- Validate solutions through UAT and present findings to executive leadership
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and BPMN notation
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
