Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
