Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications using industry-standard tools
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and translate technical concepts into business value narratives
- Conduct ROI analysis and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion continuous improvement methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization and data analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
