Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation
- Validate solutions through testing and UAT coordination
- Create executive dashboards and performance metrics
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of process optimization projects
